West End Wolfs
Over the past 25 years, more than 1800 dogs and cats have attended Broadway Barks in NYC and have been adopted. Bernadette Peters and Elaine Paige are hoping West End Woofs! (featuring homeless dogs and cats from London's rescues/shelters) grows to be just as successful.
Amelia Air
Amelia Air operates on both coasts and has rescued 1,318 dogs, cats and even a few ferrets since they began — 310 animals (mostly dogs) this year alone.
The Duo Duo Project
Andrea Gung is a hero to animals and rescuers alike. A Taiwanese woman who is changing long held beliefs about how dogs should be treated in Communist China through education and adoption.
LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs
The LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs are deployed in times of disaster and crisis to bring comfort to all those affected, including first responders and volunteers in communities throughout the country.
